Terms of service
These terms govern the purchase and delivery of traffic services from Gabriel Andrade. By placing an order you agree to them.
What I provide
I sell web and email traffic — clicks — to your offer. I do not sell business opportunities, leads, sales, or opt-ins. You are buying traffic delivery, measured in clicks.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and charged per click. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
Delivery
Delivery begins within 24 hours of receiving your complete briefing, at a standard speed of 100–200 clicks per day (up to 500 per day on request). Every order includes at least 10% over-delivery. Traffic is 100% Tier 1 (USA) unless agreed otherwise.
No income or results guarantee
I guarantee the traffic — real, Tier 1, niche-relevant clicks with over-delivery. I do not and cannot guarantee sales, opt-ins, conversions, or income. Those outcomes depend on your offer, landing page, email copy, and market.
Your responsibilities
You must provide a working offer link and a compliant offer. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of anything you promote. Prohibited offers include anything illegal, adult, hateful, fraudulent, or that violates applicable law or advertising rules.
Refunds
Refunds and re-drops are handled under the Refund policy. In short: if delivery fails to start or falls materially short, contact me and I will make it right. A lack of sales or opt-ins is not grounds for a refund.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
